Melissa brings 20+ years of marketing experience to the Otways, drawing on a career that spans real estate, business recovery, and digital strategy. After supporting local businesses through Covid and discovering a passion for helping them thrive, she launched Otway Marketing—and later co-founded Otway Weddings & Events. Driven by community, creativity and connection, Melissa is dedicated to showcasing the incredible talent and beauty of the Otways region.

With over 40 years of industry experience, John is the creative force behind Otway Weddings & Events. Known for his unmatched expertise, extensive qualifications, and eye for detail, he’s the person everyone turns to when they want the job done right. A true design king, John brings vision, precision, and heart to every event.
